Wood Plastic Composite (WCP)

The WPC core is the earliest iteration of rigid-core vinyl floors; it is usually made of wood pulp, plasticizers, and stabilizers to produce a very durable core for vinyl flooring. This flooring core is theoretically less hard than SPC and, depending on how it is made, can be either water-proof or water-resistant. WPC expands and contracts much less than wood and other vinyl, with the exception of SPC.
